You Are Hijacked by XP Anti-Virus
1) Spybot Search & Destroy will remove this. It can be downloaded here
2) Be sure to perform all Spybot updates first. Then reboot in SAFE MODE (pressing the F8 key during boot)
3) Then run Spybot and it will remove the fake XP Anti-Virus
