How to Perform a Windows XP Repair Installation

1.      Boot from the Windows XP CD (put in your Windows XP CD-ROM, reboot and follow the prompts)

2.      Press F6 to Install a Third Party Driver

3.      Press ENTER to Set Up Windows XP

4.      Read and Accept the Windows XP Licensing Agreement

5.      Select the Windows XP Installation to Repair

6.      Wait for the Current Windows XP Files to Delete

7.      Wait for the Windows XP Installation Files to Copy

8.      Windows XP Repair Installation Begins

9.      Choose Regional and Language Options

10.  Enter a Workgroup or Domain Name

11.  Wait for the Windows XP Repair Installation to Finalize

12.  Wait for Restart and Windows XP Boot

13.  Begin Final Set Up of Windows XP

14.  Optionally Register Windows XP with Microsoft

15.  Create Initial User Accounts

16.  Finish Final Setup of Windows XP

17.  Wait for Windows XP to Start

18.  Windows XP Reinstallation is Complete!
