You Receive Outlook Can't Create Item Error
If you get the error Can't Create Item when attempting to open an
attachment for Outlook,
the WindowsLocal SettingsApplicationDataMicrosoftFormsFrmcache.dat
file may be corrupted.
Simply delete this file and restart Outlook
