Your Device Manager is Empty

Here's the fix.

1. Start-Run-regedt32.exe
2. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE on Local Machine;

Burrow into the registry - SYSTEM/CurrenControlSet/Enum;

Highlight "Enum";

3. Click on Security-Permissions on Tool Bar;

4. Click on "Add", Choose SYSTEM from list, click on "Add", Click on "OK";

Toggle on Allow Read & Full Control;

5. Click on "OK";

6. Reboot!
