How to Printer to a Shared Printer Over the Networkl
1. Navigate to Start>Control Panel>Printers and Faxes
2. On the left hand side, click on "Add Printer"
3. Click NEXT
4.
Check the box to search for a network
printer (not a local printer) and click NEXT, then
NEXT to browse for a printer
5. The printer should show in the list, select it, and then click NEXT.
6. You will get a warning that drivers will be loaded, say yes, wait about 3 minutes and the printer will be installed on your machine.
