How to Enable the Switch User Feature in Windows XP or Vista
Go to:
1. Start>Run
2. Type services.msc and then click OK
3. Services menu pops open
4. Double Click the services "Fast User Switching" and make sure it is on automatic and started.
5. Double Click the services "Terminal Services" and make sure it is on automatic and started.
