Outlook 2007 Does Not save AutoCorrect Option
Rename the file, "AutoRecovery save of NormalEmail to NormalEmail.dotmIt is located at Users\Loginname\appdata\roaming\microsoft\word\
This fixes the issue. Make sure you are out of Outlook when you perform this procedure.
