Windows XP Keeps Asking You to Activate Windows

1. Start Windows in Safe Mode with Command prompt (tapping the F8 key on boot up

2. In the command prompt type this exactly

 Type in exactly: rundll32.exe syssetup,SetupOobeBnk (and click OK)
(note: one space, after "rundll32.exe " also the Oo are two letter o's in "oobe"; capitals and comma are important)

3. Wait a couple of seconds (although you will Not see any change)

4. Restart your PC normally (Start - Shutdown - Restart - Ok)
