HP Printer 7210 or 7310 Gives Error receving faxes

Load a new blank paper on paper tray.

Press * and # simultaneously, and then release both buttons.

Press 1 , 2 ,and then 3 . The Service menu appears.

Press the right arrow button (>) until the System Configuration menu appears then press OK.

Press > until Media Sense Calibration or Calibrate Spot Sensor appear and then press OK. The unit should pick the paper and eject it.

Press the Cancel button until date and hour appear on display.
