How to Open a Winzip File
To unzip a file using Winzip, download the application Winzip from this internet address and save it to your desktop.

Double-click the Winzip application on your desktop to install Winzip, which you will need to extract the file.
Double-click the zip file you are trying to open. Choose to extract the file(s) a folder of your choice.
Navigate to that folder, open your file(s).
