How to Setup a Static IP Address for a Linksys Router

1. Open the Control Panel

2. Open Network Connections

3. Right-click on the network device (local network connection or wireless) and choose properties

4. Choose Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) and then click on properties

5. Select "Choose the following IP Address"

6. Enter the following:

7. IP Address: 192.168.1.80

8. Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0

9. Default Gateway: 192.168.1.1

10. Primary DNS: 192.168.1.1

11. Secondary DNS: Leave blank

12. Click OK, the OK
